Opening Hours
Note, opening hours are for any visit to the cattery, delivering cats, collecting cats or inspections. A free collection and delivery service is available as follows
please ring for further details (phone numbers All cats must be vaccinated to the F3 level at least two weeks prior to arrival. In accordance with PIAA (Pet Industry Association of Australia) recommendations, a copy of the current vaccination certificate must given to us prior to or upon arrival to board, if for some reason you do not have this then we can check with most vets but this must be done at least 1 week prior to arrival so please inform us of this at the time of booking. All cats should be regularly treated for worms, since there are a number of different treatments on the market we need to know which treatment you use and when the last one was administered. Please have the treatment up to date before boarding your cat. Please make sure that your cat's flea treatment is up to date, any cats found to have fleas will be treated immediately at the owners expense. We recommend one of the following products
If your cat needs treatment while in our care we will contact our local vet in Blackheath, we ask for an emergency contact number so that we can contact you should the condition be serious and also for your normal vet so that we can contact them if needed. Booking early is advised especially around peak holiday times, you can book by phone or in person but we do require a completed booking form. We accept payment in cash, cheque, money orders and direct deposit. Included in the price is :-
We require a deposit of 50% in order to secure your booking over the
Christmas period. This will be deducted from your final invoice upon collection
and is non refundable, Pick up by 10.00am [not charged for the day]
Early collection is possible but you will be charged for the duration booked. All prices include GST, Food, Heating and access to play areas. We do not believe in changing your cat's diet but in the standard price range we cannot supply all foods, here is a list of the food we do supply:- Wet food
Dry food/Kibble
If you cat has a different diet please supply all of the food and we will discount the cost, see charges Our normal routine is to feed in the morning and in the late afternoon, if your cat is used to a different arrangement please let us know the details in the "useful information" section of the on line booking form or please call to discuss this. If your cat is used to special treats and you want to supply them we will be happy to give them to him/her. We need to know as much as possible about your pet so that we can accommodate his/her needs and make sure that his/her holiday with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so please let us know anything that is helpful in this regard.
